General Shipping:

Orders print and ship Monday-Saturday.
Some items may ship separately.

Production Times:

Processing Time: 3 – 5 working days average after payment and all designs updated correctly
Shipping Time: 5 – 10 working days average (US)
For All-Over-Print products (3D products) the production time and shipping time will be longer, about 2-4 weeks.

Note:

Actual color may be slightly different from the image due to different monitor and light effects.
Please allow 0.5-2 cm differences due to manual measurement.

Tracking:

When available, we will send you a tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.

Customs charges and delays:

Some countries may require import tax, duties and customs fees for the imports. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of your country. Paying these charges is your responsibility. There might also be delays in delivery times due to customs checks which is out of our control.
